I know manners are something you lack, but it's usually customary to at least say "thank you" regardless of whether someone is right or not, especially when that said person was trying to help!!! :x:x:x:x:x

My friends in high school had watched it for years and I remember staying over with some mates while in sixth form college. They were going through some old episodes on VHS. I remember liking it but didn't really get into it for some reason. This was about 1996 I think.

Fast forward a few years (about 2009) I picked up the box set (series 1-8 Just the Shows) on DVD and fell in love with it. I think I appreciated the writing and story a lot more as an adult.

Did I say 1995? I did of course mean 1994.

Thanks for liking my post to draw my attention to this inaccuracy, @Ant E.

Hang on a minute! @Bluey was still at school in 1990. So he can't possibly be an old man! He has to be 46 at the absolute maximum! Off the top of my head, that makes him younger than BOD (obviously), Strat (OBVIOUSLY), Freebore, Jason Cook, neilold, Kry10, Deb and Kittypaws. Probably many others too. How exciting!

Oh my god that is quite a find!!! I always assumed you were just a retired old fool @Bluey. Now i suspect you’re in fact a very wealthy man!

    Unless you’re a retired teacher/janitor

Great find Nikki! Hopefully, once this mystery will be solved.

I found the exact date: October 4, 1990.

Just one question, isn't it possible he was doing his further eduaction, or is this level not called a school?

What kind of comment do you want from me? I have nothing of interest to say on the matter above.

We don't tend to call it school after we leave secondary school (aged 16). We usually call it college for A levels and then university for degrees.

But we are all very interested in this new young and hip @Bluey! 8-)
