And there I was thinking that this thread was going to be about famous people named Fred that we won't miss when they've died. I was all ready to declare this to be worse than any thread that I've ever created. In fact, it's still a terrible thread, Ant, just not quite as bad as I thought it would be.

I can't think of any ancient threads that I'd like to be resurrected right now. I'll have to have a long, hard think about it.

 

What's with the terrible new avatar picture that you've got up there, Ant? Are you a massive Coronation Street fan or is it there as a piece of pointless randomness?

 

Suggest it all you want - I'm still not going to vote for a thread that was one of the worst in the forum's history. Make a good suggestion and I might decide to vote for it.

That's true, it's like several threads in one.

 

I nominate just about any of @Ant E 's old threads, most of them were worth a laugh or two at least. I'd say something that was at least 4 or 5 pages long though.

 

Would it be nearly impossible to create a read-only archive of all the threads we lost, garbage pod or otherwise? If not, I personally would prefer that to getting any single thread back for replying to.
