    You must be a big fan of that game bluey since it's so old and you play it so often all these years later. I'm the same with house of the dead two and die hard arcade

    Civ II has never been bettered, even by subsequent Civ’s. @Bluey is a wise man.

    I could never get into turn based strategy games. I remember at the time, I owned a pc, and virtually every game released seemed to be turn based strategy. That's not to say they're bad games, just not my thing. I find the micro management elements of them boring and repetitive.

    It's my favourite video game of all time. I must admit that I never gave the sequels a proper try, but I doubt any of them would ever come close to Civilization II.
