Seems more like coward overload as you're too frightend to say what you think!
There has been many telepathy experiments over the years. The results are inconclusive. Some people don't believe in it, others do (especially telepaths).
But it seems you have mastered the phenomenon. So please let us in on your secret. How did you read my mind and hear my thoughts?
I love paranormal stuff, so this is right up my alley
Sarcasm fail... Zzzzzz
The one where Kryten blew them up with the tank? I was on the floor struggling to breathe from laughing so much! :P
There is only one stand out episode from Series VII and that is tikka to Ride but 'Stoke me a klipper' is canny as well.
I know this is a S7 thread but i will say that S8 has only 'Casandra' to save it. but I do still watch them all. Woohoo
I agree with your opening line. When Tikka to Ride first aired I thought it was quite good, but that the series could only get better going forward. Blue aside, it got worse, for me anyway.
Cassandra is a really good episode. I don't like saying that as Series 8 is such an unbelievable mess, it doesn't actually deserve to have a 'really good' episode.
If you recognise it as sarcasm, which it is, how has it failed?
There are 2 huge problems with Tikka to Ride imo. The opening resolution to the cliffhanger is horrible and unfunny. The original ending is dreadful too.
That`s how I felt when I first saw it on TV and my views haven`t changed. The middle of the episode drifts along amiably but is till well below the first 6 series in terms of characterization.
The ending to Justice and DNA is pretty appalling. The effects on series 4 are also shambolic. Why the hate just for series 7.
If Chris Barrie hasn't have left, series 7 would be up there with series 5 and 6. Sadly he was selfish.:x
Selfish? Or very busy with other work?
Of course he was selfish. Watch the series 7 back from the dead documentary. Also on the commentary he says he was on holiday on a tropical beach whilst they filmed RD 7.
I just think it was a mean decision considering 1. There are three other cast members to consider and 2. It was the first series Doug did alone. But hey, what's an opinion round here? :x
Uh oh captain spineless is back...
Wow! I'd hate to meet Uncle Everything. . .
That will never ever happen!!!! And as for Ken Barlow, kindly take your woeful trollin somewhere else! If you're too cowardly to add anything to the conversation other than a wink or a snigger (snore-yawn-zzzz) then kindly shove off! I run this webboard and you are my guest!!!!! :x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x
